Expected more from what was seen during booking. Definitely need a little upgrading. Come check in time, housekeeping was not done yet and we had to wait. Couldn’t watch TV, no local channels, you have to use your tv app, if you have one. There is no elevator to enter into property or ramp. You have to go around if you do need a ramp or climb through all the stairs if you need to enter from the front. A lot of work with luggages. Staff were good.

PROS were Clean floors, good air conditioning, great Washing machine and dryer, great location, spacious. Cons- somewhat rundown- rip in couch, bathtub had dark, moldy edges, could use a good scrub. Shower drain overflowed. Bathroom lighting was dark. , kitchen had very minimal utensils like no cutting board. Swimming pool was actually small.

4 out of 5 stars. The building, room, and view is nice overall. However, knocking down a star for inconvenient entryway and trash removal. The entryway has a large set of stairs before it and the only ramps go around the building which made it quite inconvenient for luggage. The trash removal was also located in the other building which is quite inconvenient as well.

Pretty convenient location in the middle of everything. Clean place, host easy to communicate with. Laundry inside the unit very accessible. AC was great in each room and living room. Washrooms great. Overall had a great experience.

The location is great. The condo is clean... just few things that can be improved. Fitted sheet in the guest room is so worn out, rough... one of the towels has 2 holes in it, yes TWO!!! They have hand towel in the kitchen that is also worn out, faded... The bunk beds don't have blankets. My emails were not answered in 3 days. No checkout instructions. The condo is in great location, there's just no attention to details.
