Our home is in a family neighborhood and we do NOT rent to large adult groups,
bachelor or bachelorette parties.
This is our personal home and set up with TWO adult bedrooms and TWO rooms that our child/teenage friendly.
Bedroom #1-Master -King-Private Bath
Bedroom #2- Queen Bed-Private Bath
Bedroom #3- Queen Size Kids Room with a Jack and Jill Bath
Bedroom #4- Full Bunk Bed over Full bunk bed shares Jack and Jill Bath.

Monthly Rental
*Pets will be considered depending on breed and training.
EXTRA pet deposit if we approve your pet.

This designer family home in Santa Barbara sits on one acre, a park like setting surrounded by eucalyptus trees, a large grassy lawn, organic gardens, chicken coop (Backyard eggs for breakfast?)
and a swimming pool, hot tub and child safe cover.
This home was built meticulously where comfort and luxury meet modern amenities.

Our home is set in a rustic neighborhood,
on a quiet lane.
- no thorough traffic because our home is on a cul-de-sac.
Horses meander by, fruit trees, and next to the bike path.
We back up to a seasonal creek.

Our home escapes the coastal fog (notorious to Santa Barbara during summer months) giving you a bright and sunny filled space to spend your days sunbathing by the pool, or soaking in the hot tub. You can embrace Santa Barbara indoor/outdoor life, our deck is a perfect place for al fresco dining while watching the sun sets behind the eucalyptus trees.

We have a large master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV and cozy fireplace. Our master bath with a dual shower and giant sized tub, and heated marble tile floors. We provide complimentary robes to enjoy during your stay with oversized bath towels.
We have a guest room with a queen sized bed and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms, a bunk bed room with a full bunk over a full bunk sleeping 4.
The last room attached to the jack and jill bath has a queen bed.

ATTENTION BIKERS- Our home is 50 feet away from the Santa Barbara bike path, horse and jogging trails.
We have
1 beach cruiser,
3 mountain bike, and one child size bikes that you can enjoy during your stay.
We are two blocks away from Ridgewood Horse Farm (My girls loved to feed the horses apples and carrots)
We are walking distance to a
Coffee House- Java Station, & Creekside for BBQ dinner.
5 minutes from La Cumbre shopping center (William Sonoma, Tiffany, Macy's and fine dining)
5 minutes from Whole Foods
10 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara, its restaurants, theatres, museums, and renowned beaches.
30 minutes to the wine tasting venues of beautiful San Ynez Valley, wine country at your finger tips.
10 minutes fro Santa Barbara Airport
