There’s no need to leave once you enter the sprawling grounds of Paradise Retreats Los Arboles Ranch. Located near the Hope Ranch neighborhood, this gated property provides all the relaxation and privacy you’ll need to enjoy with friends and family. The Ranch includes a Main Residence, detached Guest House, and Pool Cabana, all centered around a refreshing pool and hot tub. The fun doesn’t stop there, a bocce ball court, ping pong table, and volleyball/badminton court are all available within the property.

Inside, the Main House is separated into two wings, each containing two Bedrooms and a shared Bathroom. The Living Room includes a fireplace that can be enjoyed from the Dining Room, and the Kitchen is situated next to an outdoor Dining Area to accommodate large groups. The detached Guest House includes three Bedrooms, a Kitchen, two full Bathrooms, a Dining area, and Living Room. The Pool Cabana features retractable sliding doors, a large, leather sectional couch, a 70" flat-screen TV, and a wet bar with a refrigerator and sink.

This beautiful property was very clean, accommodating and well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans and spices. There was plenty to do beside jump in the pool. Badminton, bocce ball and , ping pong. There was laundry facilities and towels for the beach. The host was super helpful with questions we had and responded quickly. I highly recommend this property.

The property is amazing. It was a perfect setting for a group of families we brought together. A big hit with both the kids and adults! Host was awesome. Matt met us when we got there to walk us through everything and make sure there were no problems. Never had a VRBO host do that before! House and amenities were amazing. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, games, setting, space for everyone. Highly recommend this place!

The property was so spacious, and the kitchens well appointed. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing games at the big table. We had an impromptu concert singing Christmas carols in the pool house! Everyone said the beds were really comfortable. For the walkers and runners in the group, the local trails were so nice. Thank you for a lovely holiday family reunion!

What a beautiful place! For a group of friends, this place feels perfect - the pool, hot tub, the little badminton court, the ample outside seating is all quite perfect. Rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable.If there was one thing to note, it's that the equipment and building is a little older - we couldn't quite get the BBQ to work, for instance - but I think the place is still amazing value. Would come back any time!

Beautiful property that exceeded our expectations. We had no issues during our stay and the staff even shipped back an item we forgot, which was very helpful. The only downside was learning afterward that I could have booked directly through Paradise Retreats and avoided the Vrbo fees.

Our gathering at this spacious, yet “cozy” location was remarkable. Each of our family members (ranging in age from 9-75) was delighted with all the choices and activites we had at our disposal! Wonderful Santa Barbara Home

The house and guest house were perfect. Clean, very well stocked with everything you needed. Bedrooms were all comfy cozy and the outside areas well thought out. The pool and hot tub were all amazing. We had a fabulous work retreat. We will be back again.
