Unit 3: Studio with 1 queen sized bed, 1 chair that makes into a bed, 1 bathroom, small living area and kitchenette.

This accommodation is a studio and located at the Large Barn House. This house is a large 3-unit rental property that can be reserved as individual units or the entire property. This listing is for Unit 3 only. Each unit has a separate entrance with a digital smart lock however all units have access to the laundry room.

Bed: Queen size bed

Kitchenette: Includes sink, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, mini fridge, glass ware, dinner ware and some cookware.

Bathroom: Toilet and walk in shower. (sink in kitchenette area)

Living Area: Small chair that converts into a single bed along with smart tv and rack to hang clothing.

Patio: Outside the front door you will find a sitting area.

Laundry Room: A large space with full size washing machine, dryer, storage, and linen folding table. The laundry room is shared with units 1 and 2 and has hours of operation.
