This quiet, cozy, well-lit basement apartment sits on a one-acre lot in a peaceful neighborhood of beautiful Coeur d'Alene. We are just down the street from a dog park/pickle ball courts/playground, and easy access to multiple walking and biking trails that lead you to the Spokane river and beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene. We are centrally located with easy access to multiple restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We would love you host you for a relaxing stay in our beautiful city.

The host was attentive and communicated well. The vrbo was clean and tidy. The only downside was that its a basement and you could hear a lot of the noise from upstairs a lot of the time. Would not recommend for an anniversary get away like ours.

The apartment is very cozy. The home is located along a shady tree lined street. The off street parking next to the house is just steps away from the apartment door making it convenient to carry your luggage in. There is a dog park across the street that seems is a happy & safe gathering place for neighbors.

We had a great stay at this beautiful basement apartment. Everything we needed was there for us. The host was very accommodating. It’s in a nice quiet tree lined neighborhood. Very peaceful. Except for the fireworks. Those were loud all over town. But being in the basement muffled the noise a little. We definitely recommend a stay here.
