Nice little spot
Check in times were an hour off and the dishes were a little dirty but other than that it was a pleasant little space that’s perfect for a couples retreat.
Several points of concern:1) the house number is not clearly visible from the street, it is obstructed on the mailbox post.2) the area around the house is under construction and not properly fenced off for safety3)there is no sitting (relax) area in the house.4) The bed is built on an elevated loft, 5ft off the floor. There is no railing around the bed. The access to the bed is a homemade wooden ladder that you must position yourself. 5) wood steps down to the "bedroom" area are narrow and steep.6). Overall the unit was not clean. The posting for this unit did not clearly state about the ladder to the bed until we received "check in " instructions (after the cancellation time). Neither was it stated that there was construction around the house/entry. We contacted VRBO for assist before we left the property as the owner was not able to be contacted by us nor VRBO. We would NOT have selected this unit had it been clearly and accurately advertised.
Nice little tree house in the backyard of a residence. The backyard is a little messy with construction material and stuff. Bed is a loft that requires climbing a ladder to get in and out of bed (agility). Worked well for my wife and I as were gone most of the day and returned just to sleep. Decent little kitchen but no coffee maker. Overall, happy with it.
Super dirty wouldn’t follow through with the check in time advertised was rude refused to give me clean linen when I was polite about the bed being dirty and she said no they changed them felt like something bit me all night I have pics of how dirty everything was a huge disappointment and won’t repeat! Also very very small

The property is cool unless you have allergies. I learned the hard way that I'm very allergic. But it looks nice, the mattress is stiff and the pillow are way too thick, but otherwise it's a cool property.
Very little noise aside from the idiots blaring music or stepping on the gas to try and be loud as possible, but I think that's just pretty much any American city.
Very close to a bus stop, so traveling to Atlanta city center and back wasn't too much of a hassle, just a long bus/train ride.
Don't go to the gas station near by. They dont out price tags and they just rip everyone off
