Why they chose this property
Its proximity to downtown Charleston (10 minutes). MUSC is only 4.9 miles. Access is via a separate, dedicated bridge (#30) to downtown.
What makes this property unique
Among other things, it's very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and has a private side yard. It has been completely rehabbed and refurnished.
