Our home is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen contains excellent gourmet cooking amenities and everything else you need for your culinary comfort. The counter-height table seats 4-6 people comfortably. Please note that 4 adults (+ 2 kids) is the maximum, as there is only 1 full bathroom, and the small bedroom contains bunk beds only suitable for children.

During track season, there is a 7-day minimum rental. Depending on other bookings, the rental period is either Monday to Monday, or Tuesday to Tuesday. During other times of the year, we will negotiate the rate(s) with you, depending on the duration and number of people.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower but no tub. Plenty of cabinet space and towels. (FYI, there is also a half-bathroom, with a toilet & sink only, in the unfinished, but dry, cement basement. However, the stairs offer a slightly steep decline so care must be taken.)

Each of the 3 comfortable bedrooms have designated closet and/or drawer space for guests. (1) The primary bedroom contains a Saatva queen-sized bed and a comfortable armchair; (2) the second BR also features a queen bed; and (3) the third small bedroom features a full futon on the bottom, and a single on the top. Please note that our home is only suitable for 4 adults (with two people each sharing 2 Queen beds) and 1-2 children maximum. Children *only* in the bunk beds, though the top bunk is not suitable for all children.

Our living room has sectional seating, with removable cushion covers in the case of dogs! We also have a Sonos audio player and a large 48' television. There is internet, and an outdoor tv antenna, but no cable or satellite. However, streamers such as ROKU and Amazon work great, if you have corresponding accounts. (If you don’t, I’m sure we can work something out!)

Our backyard is a fabulous space. There is a barbecue on the back porch just outside the back door. Unfortunately, we don’t have many photos of the sitting /eating areas, but there is a stone patio with a large table, seats 6 comfortably, covered by a gazebo, and a sitting area for reading, cocktails, and enjoying the outdoors… the yard is huge and fenced in. However, small dogs might be able to squeeze under some spaces.
