Eyrie Cottage is privately situated on an almost two acre bluff top location overlooking Manana and the open ocean. Just steps from Lobster Cove and featuring amazing sunsets and breathtaking views, it provides the ideal situation for a memorable stay. The cottage itself has been lovingly renovated and features finely crafted details and the highest quality finishes. The cook's kitchen features carerra marble counters and professional appliances. The bathrooms include beautifully tiled showers and premium fixtures and faucets. The living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, the sunroom and study are located on the main level. Steps lead to an upper master suite that includes a queen bed, a sitting area, a bathroom and a small deck. Fine artwork and comfortable furnishings complete the picture. The outdoor areas include numerous covered and open decks, a gas grill, outdoor dining areas and comfortable lounge furniture. Enjoy Monhegan's only truly luxurious cottage.
