This was a fantastic property! You can't beat the location. It is one short block from Elk Ave which is the main drag. The area is quiet, and the neighborhood is definitely kid friendly. We were here in October, so things were slower, but everything you need is nearby. This house is two blocks from the grocery store and movie theater as well. The property is older but well maintained and very charming with its creaky wooden floors! it is very spacious, and the bedrooms for the kids are downstairs along with a separate bath. The master suite is upstairs in a semi private loft area. There is a restroom upstairs as well as a queen size bed and plenty of space throughout. The mud room is your main entrance, and it has a modern washer and dryer. You have dedicated off street parking, And you have a tiny backyard with a three foot picket fence. There is no fire pit or barbecue grill. The property does have both a traditional drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Highly recommend!

No need to post this but wanted to provide feedback to the owners/property management company, especially given the cost of the rental. The location of the property was great and check-in was easy. There are many things that should be replaced or repaired in the house, which was disappointing. Bedding felt old and worn, pillows were very old, flat and smelled bad, one of the twin beds appeared to have dirty/wrinkled sheets so my daughter was afraid to sleep in it. The closet rod in the upstairs bedroom was held up by a piece of string. The iron didn't work at all and the iron board jammed when trying to put it back in the closet - both are very old and should be replaced. Upstairs desk chair was broken... If the owners want to continue renting, especially at a price premium, they need to invest in the house. We were expecting a much better experience.

Our family had a wonderful stay at “Wild Iris”. The house was perfect for a family of 5. Two of the rooms are small, but beds were comfortable. Kitchen is stocked and nice. We loved our time while staying here - its location is perfect for exploring the town

Christmas in CB

Our family enjoyed a lovely stay at the Wild Iris for Christmas. The cabin was quaint and cozy and made for a memorable winter visit to Crested Butte. Communication with management was fast and friendly and the home was well appointed and very convenient to Elk Avenue, Clark’s and many other restaurants, etc… Thank you for your hospitality!
