I didn’t have any water as soon as I arrived for my vacation for a full 24hrs. I did not have any AC for the full duration of my trip despite being told that someone would come to my unit. On my last day of checkout, my room access code was deactivated in the mist of me loading my car and the checkout time has not approached yet.So I had to stand outside and call the emergency line to obtain a new access for me to go in and obtain the remaining of my belongings . Nice property but not a great visit or experience.

Having no water upon arrival and AC problems throughout your visit are serious concerns that shouldn't happen, and the early deactivation of your access code added unnecessary stress on checkout day—that was unfair to you.
