It is newly renovated, with central air, 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open concept kitchen and dining room, living room, Netflix, WiFi, fenced backyard, patio with outdoor furniture, BBQ and outdoor ping-pong table. It provides great space for family and friends, (pets are considered) to hang out, and relax; it is good starting point for exploring many local attractions:

- about 5 min. by bike or car to William Floyd Estate.
- about 15 min by car to Wertheim National Wildlife Refuge
