We are recent empty nesters taking advantage of travel opportunities. While away, we'd love to share our lovely home.

We walk everywhere, in addition to hiking in the mountains (trailheads 2-blocks away), and walking to Pearl Street for dining and entertainment, there are convenient amenities close by. We walk for groceries, bagels, pizza, even our vet is within walking distance. Additionally, we are just outside the 'restricted parking' area allowing guests to park as long as needed. Our backyard is very private and large for downtown, our dogs love it. The front porch is big enough for entertaining, we frequently have coffee in the morning, or our evening meals on there.

Our location and property character set us apart. Our home was built in 1898 and retains much of its original charm. An updated chefs kitchen and air conditioning, are just two of the 'modern' conveniences we've added.
