This large, newly renovated home is the perfect spot for your Chatham getaway. It sits on a beautifully landscaped lot with a fenced-in yard. The recent renovations feature a new kitchen with quartz countertops and island, new appliances, new hardwood floors and central AC. The basement was also completely renovated and now features an entertaining room with a kitchen area, two large bonus rooms and a full bath. There are plenty of amenities such as 70” TVs, a new outdoor shower, and a new Weber grill. The home features a master suite with a king bed and a full bath, the second floor featuring two large bedrooms with 5 beds in total (two queen, two twin and a full). Each room is beautifully decorated with a bright, clean color palette featuring Lily Pulitzer designs and new furnishings. The home is located very close to town, only 0.5 miles to Chatham Bars Inn and the Angler’s Veteran’s Field. The beautiful Cow Yard Beach is located just 0.2 miles from the home.
