We absolutely loved staying here. Everything we could possibly want for a 2 week stay. Very spacious, impeccably clean, nicely furnished - and walkable to town & a number of fine restaurants. Also Lisa, the owner, is always available if/when needed. Hope to find our way back someday!

Great Weekend

Great location with a nice outdoor deck/space and view. Kitchen had all the things you need and the house had beach chairs and a cooler for spontaneous adventures. Wish we could have stay longer.

Lovely views of the pond in the back of the property, beautifully appointed, nice layout, bright, clean and very comfortable. Great location in Chatham, though if traffic noise bothers you, a fan or other "white noise" would probably be helpful. Loved our stay here and would stay again!

Amazing vacation condo

This was a great stay and perfect for long wedding weekend. The home was beautifully decorated and a lot of space with great appliances. The back porch overlooking pond was also very nice. Lisa was very responsive for any question I had. I would highly recommend this and I’ll definitely be sure to stay here in the future if possible!

Comfortable and spacious condo in the heart of Chatham

This condo is like new with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Plenty of space for sleeping in bedrooms or on couches. It's in a great location. A short drive to the beach. Just a short walk to town. We liked how it was neutrally decorated and very simple and clean. We would stay again. The owners were very responsive, welcoming and super nice.

Perfect Chatham Getaway

My wife and I celebrated our birthdays with a trip to Chatham. Typically we stay at hotels, decided to mix it up and try the townhouse. So glad we did. It was a mile from downtown Chatham and very tastefully decorated with all the things you would need. The view of the pond out back was a nice surprise. Highly recommend. So much space we didn't use with just the two of us but well laid out for larger families. Will be back.

Lovely place, very close to the shopping area of Chatham. On Main St which is a very busy road. Most of the living is in the back; quiet and beautiful view of pond on patio. One bedroom is in the front and so hears the traffic which is considerable. Perhaps a ceiling fan would help to mitigate the intermittent noise. Otherwise charming and well cared for home.

Simply fabulous

This was my first overnight experience at the Cape so I really knew nothing about the area. Chatham is a quaint little town and a perfect location for day trippers. I have friends all over the Cape so this was a perfect home base to venture out from. As for the condo, it is truly beautiful. The floor plan is well laid out and has everything that anyone would ever need. The sofas and beds were sooooo comfortable - it felt like home immediately. The first weekend we arrived, the Motorola CEO was hosting a multi-million dollar wedding for his son at the Chatham Bars Inn which is in close proximity to the condo. Loads of traffic in the area for the wedding but we never knew it at the condo until we walked outside. Very quiet. This experience will be tough to beat. Lisa you are the best host. Easy to contact and more than accommodating. Thank you for sharing your property.

Amazingly spacious townhouse

This property just kept on giving. Easy to park, easy to access, lovely decking with view over pond, kitchen with everything you could possibly need, beds that were just so comfy, great bathrooms with soft towels and a hidden basement gem of extra beds & tv area. Good location for Chatham and the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend.
