Great location. Easy walk to Harding beach and close to Chatham town center. The cottage was charming with everything we needed for our stay in Cape Cod. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit to Cape Cod.

This house was perfect for our family for a week at the Cape! It was clean, was a great location for trips to the beach and Chatham Main Street, had plenty of games and toys for our family, had a great yard for the kids to run around in, and plenty of chairs and toys for the beach. Check-in was straightforward and easy and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it! Thank you for providing such a welcoming, comfortable house!

This property is a gem. Very clean, attractively furnished (and comfortable beds), and having every kitchen and house item we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood in a great location to enjoy the town of Chatham and many beaches. Easy biking distance to the rail trail, Hardings Beach or town. Dogfish Taco Co has great food and sometimes entertainment and is just a short walk away. Easy checkin and communication with the host. We’ll be back next time we’re in Chatham.

Very nice, clean property. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not as close to Hardings Beach as we thought but only a 2 minute drive.

Wonderful Retreat

The house way the perfect layout for a great family vacation. My kids loved the bunk room, the kitchen was a great size and had an eat-in large table which was so helpful for family meals. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home and would love to rent it again next year.

Fantastic place for family

This was an excellent place to stay with our family. Mike was very communicative. He provided plenty of information about caring for the house and things to do or eat while staying. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to Hardings beach and the main road to downtown Chatham. Our family enjoyed our stay and will try to book here again if we are ever in the area for vacation again.
