Downstairs there is a bedroom, large kitchen, two living rooms, walk-in pantry with full laundry, and a bathroom with a tub. Outside you can enjoy a large covered porch, a huge lawn, an outdoor shower, and a shared tennis court. Stage Harbor beach is a five minute walk and Lighthouse beach is five minutes away by car or bike. Oyster Pond beach and the town are also five minutes away by car.
