Located on the Loop in scenic Chatham, this house rents Sunday to Sunday.
The large living room opens onto a deck with casual seating. The well appointed kitchen/great room opens onto a second deck with a dining area. Both decks overlook conservation land with an abundance of bird life and sea breezes off nearby Stage Harbor. Comfortable beds with new linens, two Wifi enabled TVs, high speed internet, Bluetooth stereo and a study loft complete the picture.
The Loop has become a Chatham institution favored by walkers, runners and cyclists. The straight Cedar Street section then winds down to scenic views of Stage Harbor, past the Harbormaster's Office and Town dock, then climbs back up to Oyster Pond. Or turn onto Bridge Street to make your way to the Atlantic beaches and along Shore Road, returning to the house through town.
The house is a 5 minute walk from the public landing at Battlefield Road. The beach there is a popular spot to launch a kayak or stand-up paddle board or simply to frolic in the protected waters of Stage Harbor. The house is a mile from family friendly Oyster Pond Beach and a little over a mile to the restaurants and shops of downtown Chatham.

Lovely home in a nice location, all with great weather
The home was well-appointed and spacious and bright with enough room and private space where everyone felt very comfortable and not on top of one another. We would definitely return. I cannot think of a single complaint. People should know that there is no real yard, per se, even though the property is quite large, but there is a very nice and spacious deck in the back.
This house is located right in the loop in Chatham, about a mile from downtown and within walking distance from multiple beaches. This was perfectly convenient for our group who stayed a week in Chatham specifically culminating in a wedding at Chatham Bars Inn.
Nick was super responsive and the directions for check in were clear.
The house had everything we needed for a beach day: towels, chairs, cooler, etc.
The highlight for me was the extended deck. We spent a lot of time grilling, eating, and drinking on the massive deck out back.
I'd highly recommend Nick's place to stay for a week in Chatham.
We had such a wonderful stay here! The home is spacious, with two large communal areas. The home is a short car ride to town and close to the beaches. Nick texted to ensure we had everything we needed after we had checked in and was quick to respond if we had questions. Overall I highly recommend this space!
We had a great time staying at this house in Chatham. The owner, Nick was communicative as needed before and during the trip, and greeted us when we arrived. The house has a wonderful that extends across the back of the house and can be accessed from different rooms. Due to Covid, we did a lot of cooking and the kitchen and grill were all clean and well furnished.
