Asia was a great host. We came for a baseball tournament and this beat a hotel all day any day. Love the open floor plan downstairs

Wonderful property in quiet, gated community. We moved our son in to FGCU and had some family down with us and house was everything we needed. Very well stocked and every amenity you would need. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Area is surrounded by anything you could possibly need. Great Florida pool and really nice lake view. Easy to settle right in and relax. Highly recommend.

Modern, spacious, comfy, and clean

Our family of 11 stayed here comfortably over Christmas. The house was very clean, exactly like the photos, and it was easy to find anything we needed. The host was an exceptional communicator and the neighborhood was quiet and pretty. We would absolutely stay here again.

We were three adult couples staying at this house for a month. The house was very clean when we arrived. It is a very nice and spacious home. The two bedrooms on the first floor were on opposite ends of the home with their own bathroom and there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. This was a perfect set up for us as it provided privacy for each couple when needed. The back screened in lanai was very spacious and fit six adults very comfortably.  The pool was very clean and the temperature was perfect. Warm enough to comfortably get in, but cool enough to keep you cool on a hot day. The neighborhood is a very nice gated community and the location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Asia was an exceptional host. She proactively reached out on occasion to make sure we didn't need anything and responded promptly to any question I had no matter what time of day it was. We had no issues during our stay and were all very happy with this home and would stay here again.
