The home itself is 4 bedroom, 3 bath with a private pool. Home also has WiFi and a billiards room. Nice home and neighborhood

We enjoyed our nice, long (Jan. 15-March 31) stay at this home, though nearby Hwy. 27 — where sewer lines were being replaced — limited our time in the pool. The air was just too stinky, and of course that had nothing to do with our host or this well cared-for property.

Excellent Experience!

This was my first time staying in a vacation rental property as an adult as opposed to with my parents. Overall, the experience was excellent and not only would I come back, but I would recommend to anyone. It was very reasonably priced for great value, and the owner was very clear with expectations and even let us check in early when my scatter brained self realized I booked the flight too early in the morning. Strongly recommend!

Our family is originally from Canada, but we've lived in the U.S. for 20 years now. Orlando is our home away from home when we're not braving the Minnesota winters. We do want you to have an enjoyable experience while staying at our villa. If something isn't right we do want to know about it. Then we can ensure any issues have been addressed for future guests.

Why they chose this property

We vacation south in many areas but always come back to Orlando. There's no shortage of things to do given the theme parks, museums, beaches and golfing.

What makes this property unique

This villa has all the amenities of home including a private pool, barbeque and a billiards room. Streaming TV in every bedroom. It's located very close to Disney and has quick access to I4 to get to Orlando, Tampa or the East Coast.
