Come enjoy St. Simon’s Island in this new renovated beach house! Located only a short walk to the beach, this house is also walking distance to Pier Village and the King & Prince. Bring all of your toys as this house features a large two car garage complete with 50A EV charging outlet. Or stay in and enjoy a relaxing day by the heated pool (pool heater requires extra charge). Rinse off in the outdoor shower and cook a wonderful meal in the fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. Enjoy the sunset from one of the two decks.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at The Grace Escape. The house was very clean and everything was as pictured. We loved the modern design and you could tell everything was brand new. The private pool was a great bonus. The grace escape is in a beautiful location, only a minute or two from the beach. Very close to some great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed riding our bikes around and exploring the area. Zach was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.
