Beautiful property, great location, nnice pool, and we enjoyed our stay. The entrance gate worked 50% of the time, and we eventually figured out how to walk through the walk-in gate, hit a lever on the motor box, then the keypad would work to allow us to drive in. Also, the pans in the kitchen are in very bad shape and almost unusable.

The property was clean, just a few minor maintenance issues that we worked around (whirlpool bath switch, undercounter lights in kitchen, a running-on toilet water valve). The check-in was unique to any other VRBO location where we've stayed in the past....they wanted my wife to send a copy of her identification through internet sources, and we were told to go to two different locations to check in. Finally at the second location, the people behind the counter did not appear to be expecting us. Awkward after driving two difference places.

Great size for our family - 6 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby. We split time between the VRBO and Port A; this was a great home base. Condo was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. Pool was very clean and great location being directly outside the condo’s back door. I definitely recommend!

We had a great time and the home is beautiful. I don’t recommend if you can’t walk up a lot of stairs. I do highly recommend for anyone else. Lot’s of space in a cute little community. Pool was big and clean.

Nice property

Almost perfect. Two of the doors leading to the outside, one in the master bedroom and on the ground floor bedroom, do not lock. It is a safety and security issue as anyone can gain access to the entire house with little trouble. I mentioned this during the initial walk through.

I would recommend this home to anyone I know that wanted to go visit Corpus provided they have no disabilities. I was very careful when choosing a home to rent to make sure that I would be able to also enjoy it as I am disabled and recently had total knee replacement. I checked all the pictures and all the information and made sure that my bedroom would be on the same floor as the living room and the kitchen and the common areas so that I could enjoy time with our four children and our one grandson and our daughter-in-law. Upon arrival, I was very disappointed that the layout on the ad was not the same as the layout in the home. The master bedroom that we had chosen was on the second floor. It was not on the same floor as listed in the ad as the living room and kitchen , therefore I was unable to spend time with my family in the common areas because going up and down the stairs over and over just wasn’t doable. But, I contacted the rental agency and let them know that they need to fix the ad and they quickly did so. I’m glad that they did so no one else will be the same situation I was. The house would have been perfect in every way if the layout they had in the advertisement was the actual layout. But overall, the house was clean. It was in great condition. The location was wonderful. The pool was clean and easily accessible. The neighborhood is very quiet and it felt very safe, and we ended up having a good time.
