Alpine Greens #27 is a very tastefully decorated and well maintained property with many upgrades such as fresh paint, wooden blinds and high end furniture throughout.
Upon entering the property, there is a large mudroom with ski rack and bench with plenty of room to store skis and boards. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large jetted soaker tub, while the second bedroom has two twin beds and there is a sofabed in the living area. The second bathroom off the hallway has a double shower and there is also an en-suite washer dryer for guest use in a closet off the hallway. The property’s kitchen features high end Jenn-Air appliances and comes equipped with most of the things you would find in your home. The open plan living and dining room has a wood burning fireplace, T.V. and DVD player and MP3 compatible CD stereo. There is also a ground floor patio accessed off the living area which has patio furniture and a BBQ and is less than 50 meters from the Chateau Golf Course 1st tee box and practice putting green.

I stayed here with my two sons in January. The location was great and right by a bus stop (but not too close, quiet location). I loved the view of the snowy trees from the condo. A great amount of space for the three of us. Overall a wonderful value and I would def stay here again.

We stayed for just over 3 weeks and the place was just what we wanted. The level of service from the property management was excellent and nice touches such as laundry and washing detergent meant a lot in convenience. From check in to the regular cleaning and then seamless check out the whole experience was something we want to repeat. The main bed was SO BIG, excellent.
Great condo on the bottom floor steps away from the free shuttle bus to the gondola. Great kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Master bath had jets for our aching muscles and floor heater was a plus. No hair dryer. Wish they would allow for basic spices to stay from customer to customer instead of having to throw everything away.
We loved the layout of the unit. The proximity to the shuttle bus and the golf club next door (with a great happy hour) were convenient. Parking was easy and convenient right outside the door. Nice to have a mudroom before entering the living space so we could remove our shoes.It was nice weather so we enjoyed the patio outdoors. We had plenty of hot water for showers. Only negatives were that cleaning service needs to up their game, furniture was older but the pictures clearly reflect that 1980’s feel, and patio out back is not flat so it’s not possible to place drinks/food on table without them falling off. So really, just a few minor details. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly rent this unit again. Thank you!
The first morning, we are greeted by renovation sounds from above our unit - so we went down to the management office and Dan fixed it for us! He sent us to another, equally fine, unit just up the road. Problem solved!

We enjoyed our stay in Alpine Greens 27. It is a nice spacious unit with comfortable beds. The location right near the shuttle stop is very convenient. Our only issues were that the toaster did not work and several of the dishes and utensils were dirty. I did discover after running the dishwasher that it wasn't cleaning the utensils well and leaving a film on them. Otherwise a great place!

My buddy and I stayed at the condo for a week to do some skiing.
The unit is conveniently located steps away from a shuttle bus (#5). The living room features abundant fenestration with windows overlooking a nature path and trees. We found the kitchen fully stocked with all the necessary accessories needed for regular cooking. The appliances have been recently updated. We hit a cold spell (-25 to -30 deg C) which tested the insulation and the heating system. Both performed up to scratch.
Other superlatives: clean, reasonably spacious, indoor parking, comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

Ski lodge with great access
Great location (Alpine Greens) close to Blackcomb village and gondola. Well serviced by free shuttle bus (stop directly in front) but also an easy enjoyable walk to Whistler village. Spacious lodge with good sized rooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which had a spa bath (welcomed at ski day's end!). Suggestions for improvements include better internal lighting, more cleaning equipment (there was no kitchen sponge, very diluted dishwashing liquid), no food wrap, foil etc, and a dirty unemptied vacuum cleaner. Some oven proof bake/serve ware would have been nice, as would general consumables in kitchen pantry like oil, sugar, salt & pepper. Otherwise an enjoyable stay. Having to return garage key a minor hassle without transport on departure however this was accommodated by management to leave key at the lodge (much appreciated). Fireplace was not working at time of our stay.
