About this property
Spacious apartment with movie projector, office, and walk in closet
This space exists somewhere in between fun and function! Hanging furniture, a large dressing room adjoining the main bedroom, and a dedicated office are just a few of the features you will find in this space just under 1200sqft. A dreamy bedroom with smart projector setup, landscaped patio with custom chimnea, and in unit laundry add to the package. Within 2 blocks there is a wine bar, gyro cafe, bakery, and bbq place! From this location you are 20 minutes or less by car to anywhere in St.Louis.
Technically a 2 bedroom, the smaller bedroom functions as an office, while the front room is a flex space/second sleeping area with a full size futon. The living room lies in the middle of the apartment. A central foyer in the apartment leads to the bathroom, main bedroom, and large eat in kitchen. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, closet, and totally separate dressing room/walk in closet. Outside of the kitchen lies the professionally landscaped outdoor area. The The laundry area is down stairs and accessed directly from your unit. The building is over 100 years old and shows its age in places, as such you may hear floors creak from the tenant upstairs. You would be hard pressed to find a place with more character.
The building is a duplex. You have access to Unit B, which is the main floor unit. You also have access to the private laundry area in the basement for Unit B, which is accessed directly from your unit. The patio is shared with the upstairs unit, but is most convenient to access from your unit. The garage in the alley is off limits to guests
I look forward to giving insight into all the area has to offer, or can be as hands off as you please. I enjoy interacting and learning from others
The Princeton Heights neighborhood is an interesting divide between the 19th century neighborhoods closer to downtown and the early 20th century neighborhoods further west. You will find a mix of property types and construction methods. This is known to be one of the safer neighborhoods in the city which also has plenty of great local and walkable businesses to explore.
There is a metrobus stop on the same block as the apartment. Free street parking is always available on Kingshighway or Goethe St. which is right around the corner.
Please do not exceed 1 person or 220lbs on the hanging chair. Please do not move the projector as it has been set up for the best viewing experience.
- Maximum 220 lb weight limit for the hanging chair
- please clean dishes or load and run dishwasher prior to checking out
