This comfy cozy home is sandwiched between a tributary on one side and a wooded State Park on the other. If there’s a chill in the air, a no fuss, gas fueled fireplace will warm you. In warmer months, a side garden awaits complete with a small pond. It is within walking distance to the Hudson River for Kayaking or bird watching.
In either direction, a short stroll will take you to fine dining and shopping. Drive, bike or walk, something good will be happening, as a lovely lifestyle awaits you. Fully furnished, with all utilities including WIFI, this home is available for one month rental minimum.

A wonderful stay

From our first meeting with the owner, we knew our family would have a lovely, comfortable and convenient place to call home for a couple of months while our nearby home was being renovated. The house is well-appointed and well-equipped, and located close to the charming towns of Sparkill and Piermont. The owner is lovely, personable, and responded right away to any questions. We feel fortunate to have found this home.

What makes this property unique

I was most attracted to this property because of its proximity to Manhattan, although it has a small town vibe filled with eclectic people from the entertainment industry, artists and writers too. The Hudson River is a short stroll away and the Sparkill creek is just across the street.
