The property had a great location and the local transit system was amazing to be able to use free of charge to get into town and around. The unit was extremely clean and well set up. We felt like we were at home. we will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

My family of 5 had a great experience during our stay. The building was in the most perfect location and everything was easy to access. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with supplies and the bedrooms were the perfect size.

Awesome location for Park City Resort access. Very close to the Bus pickup to get around the town after a day on the mountain. The sauna is nice and hot! 5 stars!

Great location and kitchen was perfect for cooking.
This was a great location and we did a lot of walking and exploring while in town. Taylor was very helpful when arriving. I would recommend this location.
We had a great time in Park City. This is a fantastic location walking distance to many activities and restaurants. Comfortable and clean! Would love to return!
Great place to stay. Love being so close to ski in/out. Lots of space in the condo and we utilized the kitchen alot. We also enjoyed the heated pool/hot tub. Owner was quick to respond to questions.
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this property. We chose it for the location and it delivered! It was steps from the slopes and children’s ski school drop off. We also appreciated the pull-down bed in the living room which allowed all of us to sleep comfortably.
The whole process was very smooth and simple. The place was clean and setup get for our family to stay. We were close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to some family and friends!
We had a great stay at the condo. The property was just as listed and had everything you needed except bath soap, so bring your own. Check in process, directions to the unit were all easy to navigate. Check out process was also very easy.
Our stay at this resort fulfilled all our needs. It was clean, great location and very nice in-house facilities. We had a minor issue during our stay but our host was prompt and attentive and it was resolved VERY quickly.
Property manager communicated all information well in advanced and had prompt responses with any questions we had. The location of the condo is perfect for ski-in-ski-out and near ski school for kids, ice rink and restaurants. The condo had all the amenities we needed with plenty of towels, linens and toiletries.
It was a perfect location for skiing in and out. Kids had a wonderful time on the mountain and at the facilities pool. Great place for a big group to stay at different condos in building! Taylor was always there when we needed him, which was rarely.

Host communication was not great. I was offered to check in a day early at a discounted rate, but then they couldn’t accommodate an early check-in on arrival day. I asked for access to a locker or luggage storage since we arrived at 11am, but I got no help in trying to accompany date the request. The kitchen was poorly stocked with pretty basic items, e.g. baking sheet, spatula, etc. The thermostat would reset to a programmed temperature of 65 degrees in the middle of the night, so it would be unnecessarily cold each morning. I’ve stayed in Mountain Village eight times. This was my worst experience overall.

Thank you Scott for sharing your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points for future guests.
At the time of booking, the standard check in time of 4 pm was clearly stated and agreed to. Several days prior to your arrival, we did offer the option to add the previous night at a discounted rate to guarantee earlier access, which was declined by you. After that, another reservation booked and checked out the morning of your arrival, making an early check in no longer possible. We communicated consistently that early check in can never be guaranteed, and that if the home became ready early we would notify you, which is our standard policy. In fact, our very first message to our guest upon booking states that we do not accommodate early check in or late check out and we tried to work with because you asked.
We did respond to your early check in requests and explained the situation clearly. This was not a case of early access being promised and then taken away. It simply was not available.
Regarding the other items mentioned, none of those concerns were brought to our attention during your stay. We were not contacted about kitchen items, the thermostat, or anything else, and this is the first time we are hearing about them. We are always available during a stay and encourage guests to reach out so issues can be addressed in real time.
We appreciate feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.

For clarity, the guest was given clear typed instructions on how to get into the condo well in advance of the rental period. This included all of the codes for the electronic lock system for all doors in the building and the condo itself. The renter reached out to me upon arrival unsure of where the unit was located and I personally stayed on the phone and directed him all the way to the door and stayed on with him until he was able to enter the condo. If the renter ever needed any other needs during his stay it was not made known to me.
Certainly met all our needs, but property is a bit dated and location of unit was difficult to find. Should have better directions to the unit itself. Unit has easy access to ski slope (~3min walk). Would definitely book again.
Most important for me was location to the mountain...and it is literally ski in and ski out...2 minute walk from taking my skis off to being inside the room.
the gym and hot tub were easy to get to, accessible, and a great part of my stay.
The room was clean, having the washer and dryer in the room was super helpful, and a very comfortable place to work out of for the month I was there.
There were a few (very) minor issues throughout but the owner was immediately receptive and dealt with them immediately.
