Wake up and “Sea” the surf! Newly renovated inside and out, Seaside Sunrise is a beautiful, beachfront cottage with unobstructed ocean views and easy access to the beach through the community bridge. There is plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing, with 4 bedrooms that sleep 14, 3 bathrooms and an enormous front deck with ample seating! Whether guests are looking to soak up the sun, enjoy the ocean breeze on the deck, or unwind in the cozy living room, Seaside Sunrise offers something for everyone.

Pet friendly Seaside Sunrise has access to the community pool, has a private residential elevator (must sign a waiver), private EV charger, arcade for the kids, smart TVs and Starlink WiFi, as well as a full size washer/dryer! The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a beverage refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee pot (utilizes cone filters), toaster, blender, Crockpot, griddle, and more.

Downstairs we have a fully enclosed outdoor sand shower, charcoal grill, and entertaining bar with a TV.

Amazing getaway by the sea

This was a small getaway that was well needed for myself and decided to invite the family along. The place was absolutely perfect, beautiful, clean, well stocked, and right in front of the water. The hosts answered quickly to any questions we had. The only problem were the mosquitos, but they have no control over that. So pre-warning bring lots of bug spray. I and my family absolutely loved this place and were already talking about when we can plan our next stay before we even left.

Beautiful Home

Everything was perfect, the checkin and checkout was super easy, the location, the kitchen had EVERYTHING you could want and need, games were awesome! Definitely a wonderful place 😁
