This was a superb property in a prime location with all of the amenities you could imagine! It was wonderful having the security within the building. I highly recommend this Austin property!

Stayed 5 nights. The unit needs refreshing. The couch is terribly uncomfortable due to heavy use. Both rattan chairs on the balcony have multiple broken, protruding straps. One bath mat had 2-3” sections of the fabric completely torn away. The carpet is stained. The vibe was a large-company-run rental. We didn’t ask for any correction to these disappointments because most weren’t the type of fixes that could be made in the short term. The last guest message asked for improvement suggestions to be messaged to the host privately but that’s not helpful or fair for future guests, and removes the kind of detail I look(ed) for before booking. The location is great but it’s time to reinvest in the property.
