I live in South Charlotte (about 30 minutes from this house) with my wife, 3 kids and our beagle dog. We love living in Charlotte, North Carolina and all the state has to offer.

This has was built in the 1940's and recently torn down to the studs and rebuilt. It sits on a great corner lot with a large backyard and lots of privacy. It's in a developing section of Downtown Historic Monroe, you'll notice that some properties are in varying stages of development but its a safe area and close proximity to downtown.
What makes this property unique
I love how close this house is to Monroe's Historic Downtown Main Street. It's a 1/4 mile from great breweries, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Lots of great places are moving into the area. It's a 6 minute walk or 1 minute drive to Main Street.
