This gorgeous brand new house offers the ultimate relaxing experience in Palm Springs! It offers stunning Mountains and Sunset views. The house has an oversized pool with Baja. There is a nine person Spa/hot tub to die for close to one of the two fire pits in the backyard. You can enjoy the cozy outdoor fire pit while roasting chestnuts. There is a sprawling backyard with grass where your kids can play. The house offers an outdoor bbq grill and an outdoor dining table with chairs. Within the properties confines there is a basketball hoop and cemented area for skating as well. You can entertain a large group of people with plenty of parking. There is a 2 car garage with electric chargers outlet for your cars. There are 4 bedrooms all with King-size beds with en-suite bathrooms with an additional powder room for guests. We also provided additional inflatable mattresses for additional comfort. There are two bedrooms that are separate from the others that offer more privacy for your guests. Every bedroom had its own Smart Tv which offers the Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video and all the other APPS you can sign into. There is also a Smart Tv in the Family room. The kitchen is fully functional with a gas stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It is also fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes and anything you need to feel right at home. The kitchen also offers a Nespresso machine as well as a regular coffee machine. There is also a washer/dryer that the house offers. The fireplace in the living room guarantees to keep you warm and cozy during those cold nights. There are electric blinds that give you the upmost privacy at night or block some sun during the day. There is direct access to the pool from the Master bedroom, which is also separate from the other rooms. It offers more privacy. The master bedroom offers a his/hers sinks and a walk-in closet with plenty of room for both. It has a shower plus an oversize Jacuzzi Tub. Three out of the four bedrooms offer a walk-in closet. For those wishing to use the pool heater the fee is $60 a day. Please notify us in advance so that we can prep it for you. You are 15 minutes from the restaurants in downtown Pam Springs and Agua Caliente Casino as well! There are shopping centers 3 minutes by car or you can walk there as well. The shopping centers offer a Stater Bros, Subway, Mc Donald's, Winchell's, nail shop, tobacco shop, Greek Food, Taco Bell along with a B of A ATM and gas station along with many other things. The other shopping center offers a Albertsons, Starbucks and gym along with other local restaurants. This house is such a WOW factor you have to see it in person to believe it! One thing we would like to point out is the airport proximity. The house is about 2.5 miles from the airport. If your'e inside you might not hear the noise that much but if you're outside you will hear the planes go by and the noise will last about 15 seconds. It doesn't bother us but we wanted to mention it because we don't want any bad or negative reviews regarding the noise. We will also work with you regarding early check-in an late check-out just let us know how we can accommodate you. We will have someone come on a weekly basis to clean the house.
