The apartment is 45 m2 in its size and comes with a complete kitchen, bathroom and its equipped with a 160cm wide queen bed in the bedroom and 140 cm wide sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is fully equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Located in a great neighbourhood Kamppi metro station is 10 minute walk away. Shops and restaurants and wine bars are located just next door.

Communication and check in were very smooth. Apartment was larger than I expected would be plenty of room for a group of 4. There are some cosmetic repairs needed so if you are a looking for spotless you might be put off but we loved the homey and unpretentious vibe. You feel like you are coming home at the end of the day. Wonderful location and neighbourhood. Particularly if you need a hair cut, coffee, glass of wine or a good meal. Would certainly book again.

This flat has become our “home away from home” for visits to Helsinki. Our second stay at this comfortable and conveniently located flat was just as delightful as our first. The flat was clean, had everything we needed, and was restful. The wine bar on the ground floor was a favorite hang out. Gron, a restaurant with a much-deserved Michelin Star, is just around the corner and well worth a visit. The flat is walking distance to museums, art galleries, shopping, nightlife fun, and to the Harbor to dine at Palace (2 stars) and catch the ferry to Suomenlinna Fortress.

Nice comfortable property in good location. Easy to walk most places in Helsinki. If not a walker the tram is 4 minutes away. Easy access to both major ports in city.

The location of our Appartement was fantastic. It was walking distance from all the historical sites with many restaurants near by. The flat was perfect for our stay, clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our visit to Helsinki.

Simple and Perfect

Perfect location for my needs as was working in former Aalto university. The flat was simple, not ostentatious but fully functional and had everything I needed for a few days. Communication was great with Antti. Check in clear and perfect. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars

This little flat is perfect for two people or a small family. It's got a one bedroom and a comfortable sofa that turns into a double bed. The small kitchenette is perfect for small meals - with refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster, and kettle and all of the needed kitchen utensils. The location is absolutely the best part! Right outside you can walk to great restaurants, cafes, or public transportation options. Picking up the key was super easy. We had an issue with no linens being provided for the sofa sleeper - but it was taken care of the next day.
