This was our second time enjoying this home. The location to the beach is perfect for us to enjoy spending time with family. The home is clean, spacious and the covered deck is a definite bonus. We hope to return again next year.

Fantastic rental

We just concluded 2 weeks down in Swifts Beach. This home was clean, comfortable and very spacious. It truly had everything we needed for a fantastic beach vacation.

This property is in an ideal location. Close to the water, perfect for kayaking and kite flying! Fenced in back yard with firepit is enjoyable for kids and adults. Large covered deck is good for grilling and dining. Had everything needed for my family of eight to spend time at the beach together. Hope to make it back next year!

We had a lovely time staying this close to the beach, just 5 minute walk at most. And it was a fairly private beach, never crowded. It was easy to just run back to the house for lunch and bathroom breaks. We really enjoyed how easy that was. We enjoyed all the space in the house to relax and visit together. The kitchen is a little tight on space, but we made it work. It was nice too that it was just a quick 5 minutes to a grocery store for any little thing. Overall, a great location.

Lots of room - short walk to beach property owner was very accommodating to us as she had no idea we were booked in her home - of note even if you check off search items and it shows you properties VRBO won’t acknowledge unless specifically listed - also of note - no pool as pictured

A beautiful home away from home.

The house was all you could ask for as a place to spend your vacation time. it was beautifully furnished. The back yard very peaceful, wonderful surroundings that included a hammock and fire pit. The deck had very comfortable set up as well. This home has a lot of lovely little touches that shows the love and care of the hosts. I had an opportunity to speak with the Nancy concerning a question a had before I left for my vacation, and she was just as lovely and gracious as you would expect from the owner of this home. I thank both Nancy and Steve for allowing me to enjoy their home.
