An amazing house. There were 10 of us in town for our son’s wedding. The McKinney Morgan house was a great place for us to stay. It’s very thoughtfully decorated and furnished. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night. The sofa bed in the guest house was surprisingly comfortable.

This house was perfect for hosting our daughter’s graduation from SFA! We were able to have a mini family reunion with family from Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Texas. Perfect for hanging out and visiting. Kitchen was well stocked for hosting multiple dinners. Loved all the little attention to details. We even booked the guest house. We had another amazing stay at this beautiful historic home in Nacogdoches during our daughter’s wedding weekend! It was the perfect place for such a special occasion. The girls got ready in the house, and the bride shared sweet first-look moments with her bridesmaids in the lovely yard. SFA College roommate and sorority sisters reunion

We had a wonderful time in Nacogdoches catching up and laughing. The McKinny/Morgan House was amazing. It was perfect for 4 adult women. Plenty of room to spread out, lots of towels for showers and we loved the cute coffee bar in the kitchen. We could not have asked for a more perfect location too.

Family reunion for graduation

We had a great time at our stay. There were three generations gathered for my daughter's SFA graduation. The house and outside patio area provided ample space for all being together comfortably. We enjoyed all the beautiful trees and walking around the lovely neighborhood.

What a hidden Gem with Historical History in Nacogdoches! The house has so much charm. I enjoyed morning coffee in the wooden rocking chair on the porch. Then in the evening we gathered around the Fire Pit and shared memories. The home is perfect! Beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was perfect for cooking delicious meals along with a big dining table to enjoy them. A Will definitely stay again!

We stayed here with 10 other ladies to celebrate my daughter’s bridal shower, and it could not have been more perfect! This lovely historic home is full of charm and character, yet has all the modern bells and whistles you could possibly need. The location is absolutely ideal—beautiful, peaceful, and it truly felt like our own private retreat while still being close to everything.The beds were incredibly comfortable (everyone slept great!), and the home was spotless, spacious, and so thoughtfully appointed. It made our special weekend even more memorable. We can’t say enough good things and would absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Wonderful House in a Perfect Location!

What a fantastic experience! There were 4 of us and the house was perfect with 4 bedrooms and plenty of outdoor space for some relaxing nightly conversations around the fire pit. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was incredibly spacious, and it was absolutely gorgeous. The house had everything we wanted from a fantastic coffee bar in the kitchen to a perfect location in a very quiet neighborhood. We could not have asked for a better weekend!

Our Second Stay Was Like ‘Comin’ Home’

Our stay at Mc Kinney Morgan House was absolutely the best experience…since our last stay there! Not only has every detail been so beautifully thought out but the kitchen even has a French Press coffee maker! (My favorite) The home is so conveniently located to SFA University as well as downtown you could easily take your morning run! ( not me, however) So easy for sightseeing. Mc Kinney Morgan is nestled appropriately in the beautiful historic section of Nacogdoces and I enjoy the view from the rockers on the front porch…with my coffee! This is definitely my “go too” stay while in Nac! Thank you so much!

A Great House and Great Owners!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the McKinney Morgan House and once again, I can’t say enough god things about the experience. The owners are so nice and accommodating – we needed help with something when we arrived and I was not only able to immediately connect with Jim, but everything was taken care of before we got off the phone! The house is absolutely beautiful and is in an area of town that puts you right in the middle of everything Nacogdoches has to offer but is so quiet and peaceful at night that you’d never know how close you are to the center of the city.With the amazing weather we had over the weekend, we spent hours outside at all times of the day just enjoying the backyard and garden – it was another great weekend at a great house.If you ever make a trip to Nacogdoches, don’t miss an opportunity to stay at the McKinney Morgan House, you will not be disappointed! This home was absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations. We visited Nacogdoches with a large group for a fishing trip, and the house was perfect for our stay.
