INCREDIBLE OUTDOOR AMENITIES

• A modern resort-style pool long enough for lap swimming with a shallow end and separate kiddie pool for the kids. The pool area is also surrounded by hotel-style umbrellas, lounge chairs, and seating. And the fences are lined with windscreens for your privacy. PLEASE NOTE - the pool is NOT heated, and is available to guests ONLY from May 15 through October 1 when it is warm enough to swim. There is also no lifeguard, so it is swim at your own risk.

• Court-sports galore!!! In addition to the purple and green tennis court and two pickleball courts, the recreation area includes a regulation size in-ground basketball hoop with half court lines painted.

• Huge covered deck and patio lined with lights and fans with plenty of outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing and watching the kids play on the courts.

• Tucked away behind the tennis court is a kids’ playground with slide, swing, & fort, alongside a giant sand pit for kids to build & dig.

• A custom fire pit area with a sun cover and seating for a group ideal for hanging out under the stars

• A beautiful, tree-lined and hilly neighborhood perfect for those idyllic walks under the pines.

• The fully-fenced yard provides privacy & security, and a huge green area for your family and pets to play. Up to 2 pets allowed (no bully breed dogs).

• Great for families, large groups, and business travelers, but NO parties allowed without express approval from the host

• EVENT RENTALS - This property is also available to rent for events; however, guests must obtain consent from the host for any events, and must contact the host to determine event pricing, which is different from typical VRBO pricing and must be agreed to separately. Exterior security cameras monitor entry/exit. For typical VRBO stays, there is a 10 guest maximum at the property.
