Welcome to our modern cabin retreat! As you step inside, be captivated by the open floor plan, a wood-burning stove that adds warmth, and an inviting oversized sofa. The fully equipped kitchen boasts convenience with a drip coffee maker, toaster, condiments, and cookware. For your ease, we've included a washer and dryer. The first level offers a bedroom with two cozy bunkbeds. A a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Venture upstairs to discover two additional bedrooms - one featuring a full bed and a fun foosball table, while the other offers a luxurious king-size bed. The upstairs also houses a full bath with a refreshing shower stall. Step outside to enjoy the serene surroundings with ample seating and breathtaking tree-top views. Contactless entry. Guests will receive instructions for self-check in with the keyless entry combo 24 hrs. prior to check-in. There are 3 parking spots available for guests. 2 directly in front of the cabin and one down to the left.

HOLIDAY PRICING
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years week-2 night minimum. Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends-2 night minimum.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accommodate check-outs on Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve, Christmas day and New Years day . If this information is overlooked before booking, we will ask you to please cancel on your end as this is notated in our listing.

PET POLICY
We now allow pets at the cabin. $100 nonrefundable fee. 2 Dogs max. No cats. We do not allow pets on furniture at any time. Dogs are not to be left alone at the cabin at any time. If your dog has excessive hair that requires additional cleaning you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. This will help us insure there are enough towels and accommodations for each guest.

WI-FI
Enjoy high-speed Internet. Stream Netflix or your favorite app on the 55 inch smart TV.

NOISE ORDINANCE
Sound travels very easily in this area. Please respect the fellow cabins. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8am in this area. No outdoor music is permitted.

BBQ
We do provide a gas barbecue located on the deck. Keep in mind that we do not maintain the propane. We recommend you bring up an extra propane tank for backup just in case it runs out. Or you can have the existing exchanged at the Chevron a few blocks away from the cabin.

WINTER TRAVEL
In the winter months, we highly recommend that you carry chains and/or have 4 wheel drive. The Black Cedar Retreat is located on simi steep roads and depending on the storm the roads may not be plowed yet. We provide a shovel at the property. If visiting during active snowfall, you might be required to shovel access for parking.

IF YOUR STAY IS CANCELLED DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER OR IF THE CABIN IS NOT ACCESSIBLE DUE, TO HEAVY SNOW, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU 24 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN TO RESCHEDULE YOUR STAY OR ISSUE YOU A REFUND.
Property Insurance Disclosure
To ensure a safe and worry-free stay, this property is covered by Safely Insurance. This provides coverage for accidental damage to the property during your stay.

A mandatory insurance fee of $10 per day will be added to your booking total. This fee protects you and the property, offering peace of mind while you enjoy your stay.
