Perfect location and beautiful property

This was the ideal spot for an OBX weekend. The property is beautifully decorated and super clean - the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Everything you could need in kitchen and bathrooms. Lovely deck. Close to the Wright Brothers memorial, beach and lots of restaurants. Will stay again!

Lovely place

Lovely place to stay. We liked the location as it was close to where our family was staying. The place itself was beautiful inside - the beds super comfortable and everything was clean. Yuliya communicates quickly and thoroughly. We had no issues during our stay but I knew if we did she would respond quickly. We used some of the kitchen tools and they were great, definitely better than the average VRBO! We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Velvet Oyster, it was neat and clean, the host responded to questions very quickly, the amenities were nice. We were pleased to find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bath, a basket with some snacks and coffee and creamer. Thank you for helping our vacation a success.

Pleasant getaway

This trip was just a short one with my mom to get out of town for a few days. We ended up arriving just after dark, so it was a little hard to find the building but instructions for entering the condo were great! The decor in the space is very modern and it was spotless in terms of cleaning. It was typically quiet except for the occasional heavy walker upstairs. We didn't know the community was extremely popular for trick or treaters and made the mistake of coming in from errands after sunset. The street was packed!!! Lesson learned on that one! Lol. Ultimately, we had a nice stay and loved the unit. I would definitely book this unit again.
