2nd stay. It works very well for 5 or 6 couples coming to Utv the area. Plenty of kitchen supplies and bathrooms are set up nice. Tons of parking. We enjoy our time there.

This rental was as described. Very well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and all the appliances you could need, comfortable furniture, clean hot tubs, grills and a Blackstone griddle. We had everything we needed.

Bachelorette weekend getaway

Great place for a group of adults! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and living/dining area worked wonderfully for games and hanging out. Hot tubs were great and loved the fireplace for our very chilly weekend.

Fun Time

House was beautiful. There was 21 of us, 9 machines, 7 trucks and 6 trailers; there was plenty of parking for all vehicles, trailers and machines. Two hot-tubs and plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking gear like pots and pans and dishes. We had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of room for everyone.

Hi Terry, thank you for your feedback we have passed it along to the cleaners. Most properties in the area do not mow their yards as frequently for the outdoorsy feel but we’ll have someone trim around the property. Thanks!

This property exceeded our expectations, there were ample laundry & kitchen appliances, silverware, plates, cups, mugs, bath towels and condiments available for use. This property was a dream - compared to other rentals we have used in Helen, GA and Gatlinburg, TN. Everyone in our party held the accommodations in high regards. We had access to the gas grill on the back porch, and there was a Blackstone for use located in the garage. The location in Lead was perfect for all of us - some had to work in Sturgis (an easy commute) others were there to vacation and ride, with all amenities for dining, groceries and pharmacy nearby in Lead.
