Weekend girls trip… we loved how super clean the property was and convenient location. Took advantage of the pool and enjoyed that very much. Only suggestion would be to tidy up patio area - wasn’t cleaned up and deterred us from sitting outside. Great place overall- would definitely stay again!
The place was as advertised. We had a small problem with the thermostat but the host got back to us and fixed the issue.

Kissimmee townhouse
Beautiful home. The kitchen could use more stock. A/C was pre programmed with a code which was not given to us. It was very cold on the main floor and the A/C didn’t circulate upstairs. The heated pool was closed since January 29th for repairs and we were not told upon our booking. There was a second pool which was not heated therefore the water was very cold, so there was no swimming for us during our holiday. Very disappointed!

The pool closure was a last minute temporary emergency. The issue has since been rectified. If you had a problem using the smart thermostat you could of asked for assistance during your stay. For you to give 2 stars on communication and location or cleanliness is just vindictive because of the pool issue.
The house was exactly as pictured, and the host was very responsive and quick to address any issues we encountered, which we appreciated. This property would be a good option for a short stay of a few days, but it’s not ideal for longer visits. The kitchen was quite under-equipped—there were limited place settings and cutlery, no baking sheets or tea towels. The coffee maker was also very small, only brewing about two cups at a time.We also found there were no basic cleaning tools like a broom or dustpan. While the appliances are brand new, the furniture feels inexpensive and not particularly comfortable or inviting. The beds themselves were comfortable, but the pillows were extremely thin, so I would recommend bringing your own. The thermostat is locked on a preset schedule, which made the upstairs uncomfortably warm at night—we ended up purchasing a fan just to circulate the air.Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the back sitting area due to a significant presence of biting midges.Lastly, we were uncomfortable discovering an outward-facing camera positioned at the kitchen window that appeared to have audio capability, as this was not clearly disclosed and raised privacy concerns.Overall, a decent stay for a short trip, but some improvements would be needed for a more comfortable extended stay.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. I’m glad to hear that you found the home as pictured and appreciated the responsiveness during your stay—that’s always a top priority for us.
I do, however, want to clarify a few points for future guests. The kitchen is stocked with essential items intended for short-term stays, as outlined in the listing. We understand that needs may vary for longer visits, and we’ll certainly take your suggestions into consideration as we continue to improve the space.
Regarding cleaning tools, these are available in a small pantry door towards the extreme right of the dining room. Equipped with vacuum, mops, brooms etc. cleaning products are stored underneath the kitchen sink i guess you missed it. The thermostat is set on a schedule to maintain energy efficiency and comfort across the home, however it does allow guest to change the temperature from 70-85 degrees in either direction. It seems like you were having trouble operating the thermostat and I sent you a YouTube video. Maybe you didn’t bother to familiarize yourself. we are always available to make adjustments if guests reach out during their stay.
As for the outdoor area, being in a natural environment, insects can occasionally be present depending on the season. We do recommend guests use repellent if they plan to spend extended time outside.
Lastly, I want to address the concern about the exterior camera. For transparency and safety, there is a clearly disclosed outdoor security camera pos
