The first floor foyer opens to a bright living room with sliders and plenty of windows. Enjoy meals in the separate dining room at the table seating six. There is a nicely equipped eat-in kitchen and a half bath. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom also has a slider to the deck.

There are two bedrooms on the second floor, both with two twins. The open loft area at the top of the stairs has a queen sleeper sofa. The second floor bathroom has a tub and shower.

Wood floors through out the main living areas on the first floor and in the second floor loft, carpeting in the bedrooms. Cozy, country decor.

The lower level has a spacious finished room and half bath. There is comfortable seating, a flat screen television with cable and a table and chairs--great spot for board games and puzzles. The washer and dryer is also in the lower level.

The first floor sliders all lead to the large back deck with outdoor furniture, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower.

Air conditioning description/location: This home has five ductless split unit air conditioners--one in the living room/dining room, one in the first floor bedroom, one in each of the second floor bedrooms and one in the lower level.

Located on Wellfleet's bay side, the home is less than a mile to Wellfleet's Main Street for galleries, shops, restaurants and the town library. Half mile to Powers Landing Beach. Less than a mile to Mayo Beach, a little bit further to the town pier.

Short drive to Wellfleet's ocean beaches and fresh water ponds. Close to Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites, golf, tennis and much more.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
