This is a 2nd Floor unit that is the largest of the Terrace Condo models. GOLF MEMBERSHIP is included for Babcock National. You'll get to enjoy 18 holes of golf for a nominal cart fee, no green fees.

The Carolina floor plan boasts an ideal split bedroom layout with over 1,300 usable square feet of living space. The large owner’s suite is home to two walk in closets and an en-suite bath. The guest bedroom also has an adjacent full bathroom. In addition, this floor plan features a den with a queen sleep sofa to provide additional flexibility for guests or as an office. A large kitchen, formal dining, and large living area round out this wonderful home space.

Babcock National Amenities are now OPEN including resort-style pool with lap lanes and beach-like pool entry, spa, fitness center, tennis center, pickle-ball, community clubhouse with dining, pool bar & restaurant and more.
