Peaceful

This property was in great shape and had all the amenities needed for a peaceful stay. The property was clean at check-in and was easy to find with the check-in information from the owner/management. The only real issue is that there are very few restaurants in this part of Gulf Shores but if you plan ahead and bring what you need from the grocery in town you will have a very quiet stay. The pools and beach were clean and in great shape. There are several golf courses in the area also that are top notch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great stay during our time here. It was very clean and had everything we could have wanted in a vacation rental. However the WiFi didn’t seem to want to connect to the TVs so if you have kids that want to watch their shows during down time or night time I suggest bringing tablets. Other than that everything was great!

The rooms need to be clean. The rug and floors were dirty. Neither tubs would drain.. so we didn’t shower.. and water was leaking in the bathroom roof over our toilet.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice place. This is my second review obviously they didn't like what I had to say in my first review because they didn't publish it. The place had several things wrong and the property manager didn't correct the issues and I won't book with her again because of that. Most of the pools were great but by end of our 7 days our pool was super dirty and cloudy you couldn't see the bottom so we had to go over to other condo resort pool and it was pristine. Whoever was cleaning our pool didn't know what they were doing.

The condo itself was very clean, well decorated and comfortably accommodated our family of five. The owners were easy to work with, accessible, and friendly. The resort itself has 6 pools, restaurant, sauna, gym, tennis courts, and basketball courts. I will definitely book again and will highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I sent 2 seperate emails to the property manager concerning maintenance issues. No one showed up while we were there to address these problems. Some should have been done right away, and otheres were proberly more long term, but if I were the owner, I would fix all issues for the guest's to have the best stay possible experience possible. One emergency call to fix the A/C was taken care of the same day.
