Located near Kiva Dunes Golf Course (one of the best in Alabama), Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge (nature trails, hiking, fishing, bird watching, and more!), Sassy Bass Restaurant, and walk to the beach right out of the back patio door. Just take the sidewalk straight there (about 3 min walk)! Top Tier Watersports is conveniently located at the end of the dock walkway and offers parasailing and jet skiing. Ferry to Mobile just minutes down the road!
