Two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the Palms building. 5th floor. Our condo has been remodeled, refurnished, and redecorated. New "driftwood" tile floors and paint throughout. No carpet. No popcorn ceilings. New cabinets and countertops, new bathroom vanities, new furniture, new ceiling fans, new TVs and new decor. Commercial quality washer/dryer in the condo and included in your rent. High chairs on the balcony for your viewing pleasure plus a dining table that seats four outside.

Our resort is located in the peaceful Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. The resort has 7 pools including an indoor pool, lighted tennis courts, sauna, hot tub, fitness facility, horseshoe pits, putting green, basketball court, sand volleyball and three boardwalks to the beach. Our uncrowded beach is very spacious with sugar white sand and our famous emerald water. We have 24/7 security at the guard house upon entering the resort. Twenty-four hour check ins are welcome. The highly rated Kiva Dunes Golf Club is within walking distance and views of the course and the bay can be seen from our 5th floor unit's rear entrance. New to our resort is a full service restaurant and Gulf view bar on the property. There are other restaurants conveniently located within 5 minutes from the resort and a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to stay in for meals. Dine alfresco on our huge 8’ x 23’ balcony.

Our condo is equipped with a commercial quality washer and dryer, 2 linen closets, a foyer closet, bedroom closets, full sized kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, a king bed in the primary bedroom, and 2 twins that can be pushed together in the guest room. All closets are available for use by the guests. We have a queen sofa bed, a new day bed, and a built in computer desk in the living room. Sleeps seven.

Renter requirements are a signed rental agreement and proof of age 25 years or older for renter who occupies the condo for the entire length of the reservation. (copy or texted photo of driver's license)
