DIRECTLY ON THE ALABAMA GULF COAST in Fort Morgan. No roads or parking lots to cross! Walk by the tennis court and pools, then you are on the boardwalk over the dunes. THE BEACH is less than a 4 minute walk! You can see and hear the surf from our balcony! New for 2026, we have included two beach chairs and an umbrella in your rent. The beach service will set it up for you. You do nothing but RELAX! IMAGINE the memories you'll make at this family oriented resort. Activities for the entire family: 7 pools, hot tub, indoor pool, tennis, sauna, basketball, putting green, shuffleboard, volleyball, fitness room, on site restaurant, Kiva Dunes Golf Club, fishing charters and a new Fort Morgan fishing pier.

Two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the Palms building. 5th floor. Our condo has been remodeled, refurnished, and redecorated. New "driftwood" tile floors and paint throughout. No carpet. No popcorn ceilings. New cabinets and countertops, new bathroom vanities, new furniture, new ceiling fans, new TVs and new decor. Commercial quality washer/dryer in the condo and included in your rent. High chairs on the balcony for your viewing pleasure plus a dining table that seats four outside.

Our resort is located in the peaceful Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, Alabama. The resort has 7 pools including an indoor pool, lighted tennis courts, sauna, hot tub, fitness facility, horseshoe pits, putting green, basketball court, sand volleyball and three boardwalks to the beach. Our uncrowded beach is very spacious with sugar white sand and our famous emerald water. We have 24/7 security at the guard house upon entering the resort. Twenty-four hour check ins are welcome. The highly rated Kiva Dunes Golf Club is within walking distance and views of the course and the bay can be seen from our 5th floor unit's rear entrance. New to our resort is a full service restaurant and Gulf view bar on the property. There are other restaurants conveniently located within 5 minutes from the resort and a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to stay in for meals. Dine alfresco on our huge 8’ x 23’ balcony.

Our condo is equipped with a commercial quality washer and dryer, 2 linen closets, a foyer closet, bedroom closets, full sized kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, a king bed in the primary bedroom, and 2 twins that can be pushed together in the guest room. All closets are available for use by the guests. We have a queen sofa bed, a new day bed, and a built in computer desk in the living room. Sleeps seven.

Renter requirements are a signed rental agreement and proof of age 25 years or older for renter who occupies the condo for the entire length of the reservation. (copy or texted photo of driver's license)

I brought my grand daughters down from Ohio. They wanted to go to the beach for vacation. If your goal is to have maximum beach time this is the place. Far enough away from the commercialized beach and distractions. The only restaurant around is on site but very pricey for a family. Plenty of outdoor grills and a full kitchen. Overall a great place to stay. Will come back in the future.

A much needed weekend getaway!!!

We LOVE coming to Plantation Palms in Ft. Morgan!! It’s not over crowded, the views are wonderful, the beach is just perfect not a far walk to get there. Our host Liz was AMAZING!!! Definitely recommend staying at her place. She communicated very well and responded almost immediately!! Highly Highly recommend staying at her place!!!

Great experience on our girls trip

We recently stayed at Liz’s property and we absolutely had the best time! The condo is decorated so well, everything is new and very clean and was very spacious for 7 adult women. We were very pleased with all aspects of the condo, the location in proximity to the beach and parking lot, the balcony (it’s huge!), the comfort of the beds and couches, the temperature of the condo, and the ease in which we checked in. 4th of July family vacation

We had a great time. The condo was amazing and had everything you could need. The beach chairs snd umbrella was a definite bonus! We also enjoyed having all the pools, tennis/pickleball courts and even the shuffleboard with being able to borrow the equipment to play at the check in station.. Beautiful view of the ocean on the large balcony. Furnishings matched the listing (kitchen was fully furnished and the chairs on the beach were very nice to be included in stay) and a bonus was we found an egg crate in the closet to put on the twin bed to make it softer (thank you for furnishing!). Liz is very fast to answer any question and very nice. Would love to stay again if in the area.

Second time coming back, still just as good!

We came back this year for a second time and it was still just as good as the first visit! I would like to note that the security guards were so friendly and helpful and made coming and going so easy. We may need a 3 bedroom for next year but I’m so happy we stayed again! It’s definitely worth it!

It was a coastal playground!

We enjoyed napping and relaxing on the balcony. It was much larger than other condos in the area. There was an array of things to do: tennis, pickleball, golf, hot tubs, pools, indoor pools, volleyball, walks on the entire resort. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. It was recently remodeled and redecorated. We will return!

Large updated perfect condo with an amazing balcony!!

I've been staying at GSP for nearly ten years and this is the nicest condo I've rented yet. It was perfectly updated and decorated. It had all of the amenities of home and was easy to baby proof with great floors for my one year old to play on. The balcony was huge and had beautiful direct views of the ocean. Liz was a breeze to book with. I couldn't be happier and will be returning in the future!

We are real estate investors and the name of our company is Mosstown Properties, LLC. Mike and I are very choosy about which properties to purchase and rehab.
We take pride in our work and enjoy staying in our condos, too so we check on our properties often and get any repairs underway quickly. We enjoy "do it yourself" projects!

We are both graduates of LSU and self employed in the construction and real estate industries. We enjoy watching football and baseball and we play tennis and ping pong. We both grew up in Baton Rouge, LA and attended LSU there in the early 80's.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property October 5, 2016 because of the fantastic view
of the Gulf of Mexico from the 5th floor balcony which is 8' deep and 23' feet wide.
The beach is wide and uncrowded with sugar white sand and emerald water. This condo is equipped with a washer/dryer which is an added convenience for our guests.
Gulf Shores Plantation is located away from the congestion and hustle/bustle of the city of Gulf Shores. Our guests can expect a relaxing vacation with a location that can't be beat for beach lovers.

What makes this property unique

Gulf Shores Plantation is outside the city limits of Gulf Shores. Therefore, you will pay only 6% lodging tax. The Fort Morgan area is not crowded and the roads are well maintained. There is not a traffic light for miles while driving on Highway 180. Our condo sits on a peninsula that juts out into the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay. There are water views for 18 miles. In some areas, you can stand on the beach and see the waters of Mobile Bay.
