YEAR ROUND Lake of the Isles Waterfront Cottage & boat dock!

Year round lake loving at the “Lake Life” cottage…….Boating, fishing, family! This secluded cottage sits directly on Lake of the Isles and a short walk to DeWolf State Park. Accessible by private driveway with plenty of parking for 3-4 vehicles or launch your boat at DeWolf State Park and in 30 seconds, arrive at the cottage and moor your boat during your stay. Surrounded by mature trees, you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the lake. *****Newly drilled well 12/24 Inside, the cottage has 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1-queen and twin futon chair; smart tv; bedroom 2-1 queen; bedroom 3-two full beds and smart tv); 1 bathroom with stand up shower and a combined kitchen/living room with sofa bed. A deck off the living room offers a great view of the lake with plenty of outdoor seating and a smoker. As you walk down the stairs towards the water, you will find a charcoal grill as well as a screenhouse with a table and chairs to enjoy meals outside. There's also a fire pit and outdoor tv. Grab firewood from around the property or bring your own. At the water, there is a large floating dock. You'll enjoy swimming and great fishing from the dock. Fishing poles and kayaks are available for your enjoyment. (Floating dock will be removed for the season on October 31st)

Self check-in; Two night minimum stay April-June; Sept-Oct.; 7 night minimum stay July and August. If you need less than 7 days, reach out and we will see if we can accommodate.

For security reasons, we did recently install a camera at the back of the cottage to see the parking area and entrance to the walkway. We know that sometimes guests may have friends of family in the area. If you plan to have additional guests visit beyond what you registered, please reach out to us first as we want to be respectful of our neighbors and do not want large parties.

Please let us know when booking if you plan to bring your pet (Dogs allowed. No cats please.) You need to make sure you monitor your pet at all times. The deck is gated if you wish to have your dog loose. Please make sure your dog stays on our property and does not run into the neighbors' yards.

Wonderful place for a little family vacation. The cottage had everything we needed and beautiful views of the lake and stars at night. The park boat ramp was two minutes away making it super easy to put the boat in and boat around the Thousand Islands. Loved our stay.

Lovely place to stay on Lake of the Isles

The cottage was spacious, well appointed and had a nice view for relaxing in the morning with coffee. Our family had a great week vacationing in the Thousand Islands and were very happy with the cottage. The host was very communicative. Would stay again.

Let me tell you this is worth every penny. The property is as pictured, even better with the view. Clean, dog friendly, right on the water. If you’re thinking about it, just go for it. We stayed for our anniversary and it was just what we needed. Hoping to be back again!

Lovely, quiet spot on the water

Wow! This place really exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a quiet spot right on the water, this place is perfect. The host provided everything we could possibly need, and the comfortable beds were so perfect. My kids loved all of the outdoor space, and we all enjoyed the deck, the two level dock, the screened porch, and the fire pit area - so many spots to relax and enjoy! This place is an absolute gem.

Beautiful spot on the Lake of the Isles

Beautiful little cottage with fabulous decor that makes you feel like your in a luxury hotel! Comfortable beds, gorgeous linens and towels, etc. They've thought of everything you'll need for a nice lake adventure: from kayaks, chairs for the campfire, outdoor lounging and eating, charcoal grills, a beautiful sturdy dock for a boat and stable decking among the rocky ledges. We had one small drain issue with the shower, but the hosts were very responsive and sent someone out to fix it the next day even on a holiday weekend. Dewold State Park is right next door with public boat launches and picnic areas and bathrooms as well. Fishing from the dock was great, the closer in the cottage was loaded with fishing equipment. There were tvs, games, complimentary snacks and water. We loved hanging out on the deck in the lounge area and campfires at night. Would definitely recommend!
