This condo is in a very convenient location and comes with two parking spaces. It features an open floor plan anchored by a living area with a cozy fireplace. Adjacent are the kitchen and a spiral staircase leading to a lofted area with full size sofa bed. The Loft's two bedrooms are on either side of the living area and feature 1 queen size bed and 1 King size bed each with en-suite bathrooms. The outdoor deck is the perfect place to sit in the sun and take in the ocean air.
Please note - exterior stairs are required to access the Loft. ***Cancellation Policy*** Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.
2 Dogs Allowed. $75.00 per dog, per night.

Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. We enjoyed a weekend in Newport in this spacious, quiet and very clean loft, which looks new or renovated. It is perfect if you want to be downtown Newport with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Property needs very minor but noticeable repairs - just
some attention to detail. Would certainly stay here again.

The property is in a good location for us. We were able to walk to most everything. It's a nice property with a good layout for two couples; it's also nice that it's pet friendly. The host was not quick to respond. The property is also in need of some very minor maintenance, like replacing lights and light bulbs. Also, the fireplace and ice maker do not work.

Perfect location
The outside of the property needs painting and some sprucing up. The apartment was excellent. Needs a clothes bar in the master bedroom closet and the toilet holder is xo,I got out of the wall. Outdoor space was excellent. My issues is only the cleaning cost. We were there for less than 24 hours. Maybe a sliding scale. Otherwise loved it.
