Didn't stay after walking inside

The code to get in didn't work. The neighborhood did not seem safe. When we got inside, the doors were broken off of the laundry area. The carpet was stained. The walls had stuff running down them. We walked through, walked back out, locked the door and went and got a hotel room. I let the owner know and he just said it was clean. It did smell like someone had cleaned. However, it was still gross and not a place we would ever stay.

Water

The property was in good shape except one of the shower heads was broke and one of the cabinet doors was broke . It needed just a little TLC. BUT other than that i would stay there again cause it was a great location.
