Tesla Solar and Backup Power (Frequently Public Power Outages),Back Porch Overlooking Deep Water Canal with Access to the Ocean. Minutes from Boat Fuel Dock. Short Walk or Golf Cart Ride to One of the Most Beautiful Beaches in the Bahamas. Dock use approval needed with booking. Boats shown in pictures will not be at Dock unless told Otherwise. Ability to Expand Dock Use to 100 ft of Dock. "Yellow House" next door could be rented to allow an expand multifamily experience with 2 house, 5 bedrooms, and 100 ft of dock. Temporary Generator Power Available upon Request, but additional charge.
