The casita is managed by the most hospitable hosts I have experienced with Vrbo. These folks are amazing. The property is beautiful and scenery is even better. I can’t wait to go back!!!
Everything was exactly as described. The hosts provided directions to the property and instructions for check-in well in advance and made it all super easy to follow. Kitchen and amenities were top notch and WiFi was excellent.
I cannot say enough good things about this stay. We planned our trip hoping for cooler temperatures and it was greeted with rain. Because of the location there was necessary communication regarding road conditions. The hosts were on top of it every step of the way. We felt very comfortable knowing our safety was constantly considered and we were always kept aware of what was happening while we were off property. The casita came with a few ‘necessities’ that truly saved us. The first night we arrived later than anticipated and with pending weather were welcomed with groceries to make spaghetti and tuck in for the night. The views are breathtaking and peaceful. Perfect distance to play in town or enjoy a cozy night ‘at home’. Really hope we get to enjoy this property again in the future and take advantage of the many things they offer. Leaving with a smile and heart full of gratitude.
This little casita was better than I expected. It was very clean, more spacious than I thought it would be, and it was so quiet and peaceful. The distance between Albuquerque and Santa Fe gave me an opportunity to explore both in a weekend on my first trip to New Mexico. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.
We had such a fabulous time! Comfortable cabin in a gorgeous area. So quiet and remote, we stargazed every night. Close enough between Santa Fe and Albuquerque to be able to drive into town to explore. We also got to take horses out around the immense and stunning property at the ranch. Owners are cool and very accommodating. Hope to be back soon!
The casita was very tastefully done. I could live there! The outside surroundings were beautiful. Great views all around. The first thing that I noticed was the silence, which was so peaceful and restorative. I could see the stars!!! Chris and his wife Meera were great hosts! I hope to stay there again at some time in the future! Great place to stay.
This location was exactly what we were looking for off the beaten path. We were able to sign up for a 1 hour ride with the owner on horseback through the property which was gorgeous. Close proximity to day trips, as we stayed to visit Santa Fe. We loved playing scrabble in the evenings and enjoying the view out the front window and listening to nature.
Please note this place is off the main roads. There is a sensitive septic, well water, and the closest grocery store is about 15 mins. The owners helped to make sure there are essentials at the property for home cooked meals, which was greatly appreciated.
