Gorgeously appointed for an idyllic family or friend retreat, your days under the sun can be spent splashing in the private pool, soaking in the hot tub, playing cornhole in the yard, and hosting delicious cookouts on the gas grill.

When you need a break from the sun, the modern and clean interior is full of light and plush furnishings. The open living room lends itself to morning newscasts and evening movie viewings with its oversized sofa and large smart TV. Steps from here, the fully equipped kitchen presents an excellent space to play chef with its suite of stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and a large farmhouse sink. When it is time to eat, gather around the sizable dining table, hop on the breakfast bar's stools, or dine alfresco on the covered patio.

As you explore the rest of the home, you will quickly take notice of the game room, equipped with a Ping-Pong table, and the separate laundry room. The bedrooms, equally comfortable, come adorned with soft linens and central air. The private on-site casita extends the space available for your loved ones.

As the evening stars begin to fill the sky, head back outside and gather around the firepit's dancing flames.

Less than three miles from your front door, Lake Havasu and London Bridge are begging to be explored. You'll also find Lake Havasu Golf Club, Rotary Community Park & Playgrounds, London Bridge Beach, Lake Havasu State Park, and Cattail Cove State Park within 15 miles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
